Exclusivity

The Blue colorway was sold exclusively in-person at Jiu-Jitsu CON 2024 in Las Vegas. The White and Black colorways were also sold in-person. All went on sale at 12:00 PM PT at the Shoyoroll x IBJJF booth. The first 50 customers paid $250 ($50 off) for a bundle including a gi and an IBJJF competition gi checker tool. All subsequent in-person sales were $300.

The White and Black colorways were later sold publicly online in the US, UK, Japan, and Korea. They all came bundled with the IBJJF gi checker, except in the UK where the gi was available in a bundle and separately (the gi checker was not sold separately).

In partnership with the international Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBBJF), a leading authority in our sport, we have meticulously developed a kimono that meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and regulatory compliance.

The Shoyoroll x IBJJF Lite Kimono: Engineered to be our lightest competition-legal kimono at under 3lbs. The design adheres strictly to IBJJF uniform regulations, offering optimal performance with a precise fit.

Constructed with a 400-gram pearl weave fabric, the jacket maintains the traditional fit and feel of a martial arts uniform, while strategically reducing weight to enhance functionality.

The pants are crafted from an 8oz twill fabric, further minimizing weight and optimizing the kimono's overall lightweight profile.
