Exclusivity
The collection was only available in the US. There was a popup store beginning on April 4, 2024 at 10 AM at Sig on Smith (Kaiao Space), 1020 Smith St, Honolulu, HI 96817. The collection officially debuted a day later on April 5, 2024 at the Sig Zane Downtown Hilo Flagship (122 Kamehameha Ave.). The Clay gi was sold online exclusively on the Fitted website.

Description
Albino & Preto has partnered with Honolulu based apparel company, FITTED and Hilo-based designer, Sig Zane to create a collection that champions the indigenous people of Hawaii. The collection pays tribute to the island: showcasing a gi inspired by the red hue of the soil or apparel with earth tones inspired by the water and trees. The collection is adorned by circular patterns reminiscent of the concept of ikigai (生き甲斐, lit. 'a reason for being'), this collaboration combines the values of each brand: Infinite Pursuit: Dedication, Education, and Intention. The collection includes a range of streetwear as well as martial arts workwear featuring a camo print liner inspired by the natural phenomenon of crown shyness: when branches of a tree form a canopy with channel-like gaps.
